Returns & Exchanges

Since many of our products are unique, hand-painted, or custom-designed, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, contact us immediately at exp0rtal.booking@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Personalized / custom items (e.g., hand-painted clothing, 1-of-1 designs)
  

• Sale items or gift cards

European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Right

For standard items that are not personalized and shipped within the EU, a 14-day withdrawal period applies.
The item must be returned in the same condition, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
