  • All products sold on this site are unique, hand-painted, or custom-designed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly due to the handmade nature.

  • Exp0rtal reserves the right to discontinue products or alter designs at any time.

3. Ordering

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, shipping address, payment method) is accurate.

  • Orders are subject to availability. Exp0rtal reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock shortages or errors in pricing or description.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT if applicable.

  • Exp0rtal may offer promotions, discounts, or vouchers; these cannot be combined unless stated.

  • Payment methods accepted: credit/debit card, PayPal, or other methods available at checkout.

  • Payment is processed at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Exp0rtal ships products worldwide unless stated otherwise.

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination.

  • Any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Exp0rtal is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom, personalized, or hand-painted 1-of-1 items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Standard items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unused, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, contact: exp0rtal.booking@gmail.com.
    Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

  • EU customers: For non-custom items, a 14-day withdrawal period applies. See our Returns Policy for details.

7. Damages & Issues

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

    if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Exp0rtal will resolve issues via replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

8. Liability

  • Exp0rtal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.

  • Liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct remains unaffected.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of exp0rtal.
